Privacy Policy:

No personally identifying information is collected from customer unless they choose to via newsletter subscription. Information provided by customer when placing an order is used for the sole purpose of identifying and completing the order. None of your information is shared with any third parties. We use this information to provide customer with our newsletter and to personalize shopping experience with us.

Registered users may receive additional announcements from us about products, services or special deals. At any time, users can choose not to receive information by emailing us.

Refunds:

If you would like to return or exchange a good, please contact us with the understanding that some restrictions apply. Shipping costs are not refunded.

Items that have been used, worn or damaged will not be accepted for return or exchange. If you believe the item has been damaged during shipping, please let us know within 3 days and we will do everything we can to assist with your insurance claim. Please include images of the damaged item. Every item we put in the post is packaged securely and will be in pristine, untouched, unused condition. We will accept returns if we are contacted within 7 days of delivery confirmation. All return packages must be sent with insurance.

If the product you wish to exchange for requires additional charges, you will be contacted with the details of the payment options available to you. (Follow ACCC regulations)

Warranty:

All products have a 12-month warranty. This covers manufacturing defects only. Wear and tear is strictly not covered.

We reserve the right to repair or replace any item depending on the situation.

To request a warranty claim please email with images and a description of the damage.

Shipping the item back to us is the responsibility of the customer. (Follow ACCC regulations)
